As Gen-Z enters the job-search arena, they struggle with feeling underqualified and overwhelmed by the process. With a seemingly endless number of jobs available online to sort through, young job-seekers find themselves lacking direction. And while job applications are more accessible than ever, they're left trying to figure out where to begin.
The Ask
Craft a video-led campaign for Indeed designed to increase unaided consideration, positioning the job-search website as the first choice for a wide variety of 18 to 24-year-olds.

The Answer
In the modern workplace, not knowing can be seen as a weakness. Nobody knew when they first started, and most people are still "faking it till they make it." By shifting its brand image, Indeed can be a place for humble beginnings and healthy career development. Because the reality is, no one really knows.
